What’s good! My name is Steve and I am from Villanova, a small town right outside Philadelphia. Right now I am a sophomore at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. I’m an undecided business major…….   

I love the ocean and surfing and try to get in the water as much as possible. During the winter I’m skiing as much as I can. I’ve also been known to mess around every once in a while on a skateboard. I’m a big fan of meeting new people, seeing and experiencing new places, and am a firm believer in always doing what makes you the happiest in life. Other than that I try to smile a bunch. I’m pretty much a clown and I don’t enjoy staying serious.

I first became introduced to Kuloco early in my freshman year. I was visiting a friend who wrestles for University of Pennsylvania with Nathan Bourne. He introduced me to Nate and after we got to talking I found out that he was from Ocean City, MD. Since I was born I had lived in Ocean City for the summer months so I was so stoked to meet a local kid so close to home. He started telling me about Kuloco and showed me what was at the time Kuloco’s first clothing line. After five minutes of having him explain Kuloco, I was drawn to this company. In Kuloco’s concept I see so much creative potential and such broad possibilities of collaboration in style. The idea of not being tied to a specific sport or scene but instead a culture is something that I found really refreshing in a clothing company.

I am the product rep for the Philadelphia area. My job is to get things poppin’ off up here. I help to organize promotion events as well as get our product in stores in my neck of the woods.  Right now you can check us out at Spectrum Boardshop in Ardmore, but there is much more to come. As a rep I also try to find and involve local artists and musicians from the Philadelphia area to become a part of our community. It’s all about finding a variety of contributors and styles to create a nice vibe for the company.
